While purchaser enquiry has slowed from the highs of late 2021, there are still buyers in the market and very few quality residential properties in Coleambally to choose from.

We have seen significant price growth recently and until very recently an increase in turnover. Other higher priced markets are seeing a slowing in growth but our underlying affordability should cushion the local market from the impacts of higher interest rates.

Demand from both inside and outside of the local area remains strong and very few if any properties are on the market within the CIA. Again, the underlying affordability of land in our area is sparking the interest of those with holdings in higher priced areas.
