Since our last update, Farms 619, 621 and 623 (1) and (2) have come onto the market and were quickly under contract. Interest remains strong for land in our area and the new level of prices received for the aggregation are testament to this. We thank the Stimsons for the opportunity to market their properties and congratulate the incoming purchasers.
We hope to advertise another aggregation of irrigation properties in the CIA early in the new year.
