Since our last update, the number of listings has remained low. A few established homes have been
listed and have quickly been sold. In the most recent sales multiple offers have been received and sales prices are undeniably increasing. The interest is coming from all angles including investors (local and remote), owner occupiers and businesses purchasing accommodation
for workers.
Vacant land sales have continued, and a couple of new listings have come on to the market. At present 51 and 53 Kookaburra Avenue are available, and another allotment will soon be listed in Curlew Crescent.
Country
As with residential property, rural properties have been listed and received by strong enquiry.
Expressions of Interest closed on Farm 63 Anderson Road last month and multiple strong offers were received. We wish the successful purchaser the best with their venture and thank the vendors for the opportunity.
Farms 538, 665 and 642 were also well received with numerous inspections conducted. Negotiations are well underway for the aggregation, and we are hopeful of exchanging contracts soon.
There is no denying that land prices in our area have undergone significant growth and purchaser enquiry remains enthusiastic.
