Agricultural machinery continues selling to high demand with online platforms dominating turnover. The rise of the AuctionsPlus machinery platform has transformed this market to a space where many traditional on-farm clearing sales still use the platform to interface the sales of major items. We will be conducting another Multi-Vendor online auction 6 and 7 September which will be built around a key consignment of a number of row cropping machines and implements. A pattern has emerged on AuctionsPlus where bidding is more spirited once the ‘Near Reserve’ and ‘On Market’ messages appear. Lots with higher reserves are more common to be passed in and those lots that are above reserve early in the sale tend to achieve higher than expected prices.
