• 550ML Lower Murrumbidgee Deep Aquifer Zone 3 Groundwater Entitlements
• 950ML Murrumbidgee Zone 13 (Yanco Creek) General Security Water Entitlements

The land located approximately equidistant Narrandera and Jerilderie is comprised of constant grade bankless channel and border-check layouts on a range of clay soils. The land has a history of rice, cereal and oilseed production and is suited to a wide array of irrigated cropping pursuits, both summer and winter. Concessions may be made for further development by the successful lessee subject to negotiation. Grazing is not permitted on the subject parcel.

A 200ML (approx) storage recycling dam is installed and low-cost solar/electric water extraction infrastructure affords the successful lessee efficient irrigation application.
